President

Andy "Hirsh" Dlinn, CSA, President/CFO and Senior Portfolio Manager with Senior Wealth Management, LLC. in the Pittsburgh, PA office has been a financial advisor since 1993.

Mr. Dlinn, along with others, has watched PA Republican politics slowly slide away from its roots as the “party of principle.”   In early 2006, Mr. Dlinn realized, even with all his previous commitments, the time was right to get Republican politics back on its Americanist roots, so along with a strong core of other community leaders, a meeting was held and it was decided to form a statewide affiliate of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies and the reorganization of the PA Republican Assembly was launched.

Mr. Dlinn has a long track record of political/community activism.  He is chairman of the city of Pittsburgh's 5th Council District Republican Committee and is the New Citizen's Committee chair for the Pittsburgh Rotary Club. Andy serves as the Southwestern Pennsylvania Section Leader of The John Birch Society, an electorate educational organization advocating less government and more responsibility. Andy is a member of the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance and serves as a Pittsburgh Regional Champion advocating for the city whenever called upon. He is currently completing a year-long commitment with Leadership Pittsburgh.   Among his honors and awards, Andy received the Marjorie S. Eiseman Community Leadership Award. He has also received the Prudential Securities Community Champions Award for four consecutive years. He is a past-president of the Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition and Founder/Director of the Squirrel Hill Citizen's Patrol.   He produces a weekly local radio show “The Jewish Experience,” an hour of music, news and information which is enjoyed by Jews and Gentiles alike.

Graduating from the University of South Carolina, Andy earned a bachelor's degree in physics in 1974. He went on to achieve a master's degree in mass communications with a 3.8 grade point average at the same school. From 1974 to 1978, Andy served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. Starting in 1979, he was a public affairs officer in the United States Naval Reserve and retired in 1995.

He stays active in his local synagogue and is married with six wonderful children.
